| Dear Ginger: Sorry it has taken me so
long to get back to you about your book. I learned so much about you
that I didn't know and you have the unique gift of taking ordinary
everyday happenings and seeing God's Hand in them and understanding
how He wants you to use them. Thank you, thank you for being
vulnerable and sharing your trials and triumphs with us.

Hi Pat,
I just finished reading Ginger’s book this afternoon! Wow!!! I
really felt a kindred spirit with her, even though I have never left
the US!! What a story. Thank you again for giving me the book. I bet
I read it several more times. It never hurts to be reminded to
remember how God still speaks to us.
Love,
Cathy (missionary to American Indians in Montana)
“Ginger, I just finished your book last
night. I loved it. I laughed and it also brought back lots of
memories from the letters you wrote us when you were in the
Philippines.”

“I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH YOUR BOOK -
I AM NOW ON THE SECOND TIME READING. IT'S FUNNY, I REMEMBER WHEN YOU
MARRIED TOMMY AND LEFT FOR AFRICA; I DID ATTEND HIS FUNERAL/MEMORIAL
SERVICE. I DO REMEMBER WHEN YOU MARRIED LES AND WHEN YOU TWO MOVED
TO THE PHILIPPINES, BUT ALL THE IN BETWEEN I AM LEARNING IS SO
FABULOUS! I AM TAKING THE BOOK TO A BIBLE STUDY THE METHODIST CHURCH
I AM NOW ATTENDING STARTED LAST WED. NIGHT; IT WILL BE FOR 6 WEEKS,
BUT I WANT THEM TO SEE AND BE INTERESTED IN THE BOOK - IT IS SO REAL
AND SO MUCH LEARNING TO GET FROM IT.”

“Wow! I received the book Saturday.
Jordan wants to read it too! Very impressive. My mom would be
proud!”

One lady (from my Women Entrepreneur’s of
Lubbock Club) told me, "I took it to the garage to smoke and thought
to myself that I'd read a couple of pages and then do something
else." She started at the back of the book with H-J's "Adoption
Story," (Lynette has made some clothes for H-J, so she knows her).
But when she finished that vignette, she turned to the front and
began to read. She said that she stood in the garage and read the
entire book. LOL THAT'S the kind of response a writer dreams about.

One man who has coffee every Saturday
morning with Les told him, Saturday morning, "Tell Virginia that she
made me laugh and she made me cry. Tell her she did a good job
writing that book."

He's a Bible teacher and a retired man
who I admire and value his opinion. WOW! THAT made my day.
I have been trying to think of the
perfect words to use to describe what your book meant to me and
nothing that truly expresses my feelings will come to my slow mind.
All I could think of is the real experience of Experiencing God.
Everything in your book glorifies HIM in all ways possible. I
laughed and I cried at at times I sat up straight as God got my
attention. I must ask though if you had done that Experiencing God
study before your mission experience with Les? I know you had told
me that you had done it several times. I always loved the way that
Blackaby used scripture throughout the study and seeing that you did
the same, truly excited me to see that you were in touch with God
through every minute of your writing of this book. As inadequate as
my platitudes are, thank you dear Ginger for a job well done. Guess
I'll have to purchase some now and pass them on. :) I have several
who are waiting to read Our God Still Speaks! HE CERTAINLY DOES!”

Thanks, Ginger. And I wanted
to mention to you that I finished your book, "God still Speaks". You
did a FINE job and I found it interesting and very well written.
Good for you. A LOT of work. I know. I would consider it as good as
any Wycliffe book I can recall reading.
Blessings, Steve Van Rooy (Missionary and friend)

Hi Ginger,
Well Yesterday I had a couple of hours, or maybe I should say I made
a couple of hours, and read your book cover to cover. Great job.
Lots of heart and wonderful descriptions of life as it sometimes
really is. I never realized that your time in Ilap was so life
changing for you. God always has His ways of placing us in those
circumstances that help us to grow and be moulded into the image of
His son, even though the experience is not always pleasant at the
time.

and cried."

Wow, Ginger, your website is
GREAT. You have someone really GOOD working on that! Very cool!!!
And now, may God continue to use it, and your encouraging,
faith-building book, to touch the lives of those who desperately
need to know that God is sovereignly in control, that He is loving
and faithful to provide for ALL we need. I believe you are going to
hear more and more stories of touched lives as times goes on.

Wow, what awesome colors.
The design is gorgeous! The links are very well done, too.
What a great job. Did you do the artwork for this? I'm impressed.
